About The Position

This position will support the COO of the Americas with travel and communications, including interpretation and translation, as well as assist the Executive Team when necessary.

Requirements

Bilingual in English and Japanese – must be fluent for both interpretation and translation
Two or more years of Administration experience required.
Efficiency in Microsoft Office software required.
Heavy keyboarding / PC use

Nice To Haves

College degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the President/COO of the company and Japanese nationals with scheduling, general administrative tasks, miscellaneous projects, taking minutes and meeting travel logistics, inclusive of event planning.
English-Japanese translation and interpretation.
Creating, checking and guiding RINGIs (Corporate Governance).
Training/Guiding RINGIs/Intramart and Updating RINGI and Intramart documents/manuals
Provide information of ARKRAY culture/philosophy/topics to all employees of ARKRAY US.
Communicate effectively with ARKRAY headquarters in Japan and its other subsidiaries, President/CEO of the company and executives/employees.
Interdepartmental administrative duties as needed
Checking, reviewing, making reports, and extracting data from Sales Force and Qlik Sense, Sales Administration duties as needed.
Coordinating and handling incoming and outcoming packages as needed
Draft communications to respective personnel on behalf of the President/COO.
Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information and working on confidential business initiatives.
