About The Position

As a Customer Solutions Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers. In this fast-paced role, you will use a variety of computer and telecommunications technologies to assist customers with account and loan inquiries, routine maintenance on customer accounts, and processing requests from government and legal entities. You'll also download loan applications via the Bank's website. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first attitude, be able to handle high call volumes, multitask effectively, and ensure accuracy and attention to detail in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of banking experience required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of web-based applications and computer systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a banking call center environment preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
  • Bi-lingual Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Perform account and loan inquiries, maintenance, and routine tasks on customer accounts.
  • Process requests for information from government and legal entities.
  • Download and process loan applications submitted via the Bank's website.
  • Manage a high volume of calls and customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Offer solutions and information to enhance customer relationships and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
