About The Position

The Manager HR Platform Partnerships leads strategic partnerships with HR technology vendors, benefits administration platforms, and payroll providers to improve benefits delivery, system integration, compliance, and client experience. This is a contract position located in Seattle, Washington, and listed as remote. The role is open only to USC applicants; interviews are conducted by webcam.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR technology, benefits administration, or partnership management.
• Knowledge of employee benefits, insurance products, and HRIS platforms.
• Strong negotiation, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and regulatory compliance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Workday, ADP, UKG, or similar HR platforms.
• Knowledge of APIs, data integrations, and data exchange standards.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships, partnership agreements, and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee HR platform integrations and benefits data exchange with IT, product, and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and data privacy standards.
• Monitor partnership KPIs, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and enhance service delivery.
