About The Position

This job contributes to the development and implementation of people strategies to enhance organizational strategies. Defines requirements and business needs essential for leadership and workforce development, strategic workforce planning, and major projects. Leads projects and strategic initiatives by managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring accountability for project progress and success. Takes ownership of developing communication strategies through actively engaging with key stakeholders. Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business or Health Care Administration or related field
  • 4 years of HR experience or related experience within healthcare operations
  • Comprehensive knowledge across HR functions including people management, employee relations, employment law, succession planning and talent management.
  • Ability to skillfully translate business strategies into delivering effective services.
  • Proficiency utilizing Windows applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to establish strong connections with leaders and employees.
  • Emotional intelligence to effectively manage challenging communications.
  • Strong facilitation skills in enhancing meeting effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the HR Business Partners in driving the people strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and change management process to enhance and elevate business performance
  • Leads strategic initiatives by leveraging core capabilities in project management, change management, and process improvement
  • Assists project leaders and teams aligned with targeted milestones and strategies
  • Collaborates and partners with Centers of Excellence (COEs) on strategy and organization needs
  • Provides HR leadership, in collaboration with CEOs, during due diligence and implementation phases for new partnerships
  • Acts as an instructor and coach for organizational leaders during departmental training programs
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards
  • Remains knowledgeable on current federal, state and local laws, accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements that apply to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures compliance with all such laws, regulations and standards.
