About The Position

In the role of Human Resources (HR) Business Partner Manager based in Chicago, Illinois you will be part of the Americas HR team. This role plays a critical role in enabling growth and performance within the US Sales organization supporting our Non-Alcohol, Commercial Operations, and Partnership teams. This role drives the development and execution of people strategies that strengthen leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, and long‑term business success. Reporting to the Director, HR Business Partner – US Sales, this role partners with our HR Centers of Excellence teams in talent acquisition, people development, compensation and benefits, and organizational effectiveness to deliver integrated solutions aligned to our business and people strategy.

Requirements

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • You have at 5+ years of experience in HR
  • You are a change steward and strategic partner who ensures the precise execution of employee change management initiatives.
  • You excel at problem-solving skills, for example, identifying and diagnosing performance gaps and recommending solutions to close these gaps.
  • You have experience creating and embedding ongoing process efficiency and simplifying operational and administrative tasks.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various operational demands that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy.
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow.

Responsibilities

  • Act as strategic partner by working collaboratively, developing organizational capability, utilizing data and insights, and providing thought leadership to client groups.
  • Advance leadership development investment and capability, holding leaders accountable to their own development and leadership of others.
  • Lead and ensure utilization and effectiveness of integrated people management processes to grow talent, drive performance, and improve employee engagement.
  • Partner with leaders and employees to advance our culture that allows our people and business to grow and thrive.
  • Integrate new work practices through appropriate change methodology.
  • Develop insights from people data (engagement survey, exit interview, etc.) to inform talent acquisition, development and retention strategies.
