Leads and manages a team responsible for health plan growth and community engagement activities. This role is responsible for achieving and continuously improving Molina’s enrollment/referral growth objectives across all lines of business. The position collaborates with key departments across the enterprise to improve overall choice rates and assignment percentages. The Manager develops relationships with community-based organizations (CBOs) and providers to drive membership growth, and plans and coordinates community events with key partners to increase Molina brand recognition and visibility.
