About The Position

The Manager, Global Commercial Digital Marketing leads Hamilton Beach Commercial's (HBC) B2B communications and digital marketing strategy, serving as a key driver of digital transformation, commercial growth, and brand development across the Commercial division. This position plays an important role in supporting Hamilton Beach Commercial continued growth, innovation, and operational excellence. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional partners and contributes to key business initiatives that support the company’s long-term strategy. This position is based in our Corporate Headquarters in Glen Allen, VA and reports to the VP, Global Commercial.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required
  • 5-7 years of progressive B2B marketing leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies across social media, email, CRM, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and web technologies.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and a track record of using data to measure ROI and drive performance.
  • Experience supporting global distribution networks, trade shows, sales enablement programs, and cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on execution across multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital marketing strategy and execution for global commercial product launches, including integrated campaigns across email, paid media, social, retargeting, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Drive global B2B communications strategies that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness - spanning digital advertising, content marketing, and sales enablement tools.
  • Oversee web strategy, CRM integration, and emerging technology initiatives including AI-driven marketing capabilities, in close partnership with IT, ERP, and external digital partners.
  • Develop customer insight programs, digital research tools, and benchmarking practices to support product development, budget accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture aligned with company goals.
