Requirements

  • Exceptional guest service skills required.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related role
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and website management tools
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class A/3 gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency and Washington state.
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field preferred
  • Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
  • Graphic design and content creation experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels
  • Monitor advertising performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and lead generation
  • Create audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion-focused advertising campaigns
  • Manage advertising budgets and track campaign spending
  • Oversee and support a small marketing team, providing direction, coaching, and accountability
  • Delegate projects and ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives
  • Foster collaboration between team members, vendors, and company leadership
  • Assist in developing marketing processes, workflows, and campaign strategies
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Build and optimize automated email workflows and customer nurture campaigns
  • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve campaign performance
  • Maintain email lists and CRM segmentation
  • Oversee website updates, functionality, content, and user experience
  • Improve website SEO, conversion rates, and lead capture strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams or vendors to maintain branding consistency
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior through analytics tools
  • Assist with digital content creation including graphics, promotional materials, blogs, and social media campaigns
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms
  • Support company promotions, launches, events, and marketing initiatives
  • Track KPIs including lead generation, website traffic, ad performance, engagement metrics, and conversion rates
  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and recommendations
  • Use data insights to guide marketing decisions and strategy improvements
  • Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
