For our NYC team, we have a hybrid work policy of three days in the office and two remote work days. EDO is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale our digital activation engine. This is a high-autonomy role—not a support function. You will lead strategy and execution across paid media, email, social, and web to translate content launches into measurable pipeline impact, while managing our agency and contractor network. Sitting at the center of our Go-to-Market team, you will collaborate directly with sales, product marketing, and executive leadership. We are looking for a self-directed growth marketer who moves fast, makes independent decisions, and thrives with minimal oversight in a lean, fast-paced startup environment.
