Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing; OR a Master's Degree with 3 or more years of relevant work experience in manufacturing. Will consider 9 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
2 or more years of experience with production planning and scheduling.
Data analysis experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance
US Citizenship required

Nice To Haves

Experience with the fundamentals of SAP / ERP.
Demonstrated experience with CAM functions.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques.
EVMS (Earned Value Management Systems).
US Government Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

Supervise the factory hourly Precision Electro-Mechanical Assemblers and Electronics Technicians.
Interface with professionals from Sr. Operations Leadership, Operations Engineering, Project Management, Production Control and Product Quality disciplines.
Ensuring all members of the team are adequately trained to accomplish assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
Support the implementation of Lean Principles and Continuous improvement efforts in their assigned areas.
