This role supports the Infrared Countermeasures (IRCM) Cell, where precision, safety, and adherence to specialized processes are critical. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing; OR a Master's Degree with 3 or more years of relevant work experience in manufacturing. Will consider 9 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 2 or more years of experience with production planning and scheduling.
  • Data analysis experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance
  • US Citizenship required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the fundamentals of SAP / ERP.
  • Demonstrated experience with CAM functions.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques.
  • EVMS (Earned Value Management Systems).
  • US Government Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the factory hourly Precision Electro-Mechanical Assemblers and Electronics Technicians.
  • Interface with professionals from Sr. Operations Leadership, Operations Engineering, Project Management, Production Control and Product Quality disciplines.
  • Ensuring all members of the team are adequately trained to accomplish assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Support the implementation of Lean Principles and Continuous improvement efforts in their assigned areas.
