About The Position

Comcast Advertising is driving the TV advertising industry forward, from delivering ads to linear and digital audiences to pioneering the tech that makes it possible. We help brands connect with their audiences on every screen using advanced data, technology, and premium video content. Our media sales division helps local, regional, and national brands reach potential customers through multiscreen TV advertising. Our ad tech division FreeWheel provides comprehensive adtech that makes it easier to buy and sell premium video advertising across all screens, data types, and sales channels. Job Summary Responsible for delivering workforce related financial analysis to senior management, identifying risks and opportunities to guide organizational decision making. Manages partnerships with Finance and People Experience teams, leading regular workforce planning discussions and supporting headcount related forecasting and budgeting. Job Description Core Responsibilities Partners with senior management to support business planning and operational processes throughout the year related to workforce planning. Analyzes financial and operational data/performance metrics, communicates findings and risks and makes suggestions to improve processes. Supports business unit management and other departments with informational requests and special projects. Possesses understanding of Company policies and procedures and continually implements and reviews policies and procedures for consistency. Trains, supervises and develops Finance staff. Manages the day-to-day performance of the Finance team and makes suggestions to upper management for work performance improvement. Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
