Manager, Financial Systems

HawkEye 360•Herndon, VA

About The Position

The Manager, Financial Systems serves as the functional business owner for Deltek Costpoint and supporting financial applications at HawkEye 360. The role ensures enterprise financial systems are configured, governed, and used effectively across Finance, Accounting, Program Management, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams. Partnering closely with the Director of Finance Operations, the Manager supports the Costpoint remediation program, the ISA migration into Costpoint, workflow enhancements, and financial data integrity. The Manager supports system change management, troubleshooting, enhancements, integrations, testing, and user enablement across Costpoint, Workiva, and adjacent financial systems. The position provides functional ownership across multiple Costpoint modules; supports implementation and migration testing; helps govern roles, security, approvals, master data, and change controls; and supports integrations and financial reporting. It also provides day-to-day user support, documentation, training, and adoption assistance for standardized processes.
