We're looking for a Manager to lead the Employee Experience and Workplace Operations team across our Western Hemisphere offices, spanning the US, Canada, and Latin America. This is a dual-focus role for someone who is equally energized by creating meaningful employee moments and running efficient, high-quality office environments. You'll own both the people experience and the physical workplace - bringing them together into something that feels seamless. You'll report to the VP of Employee Experience & Workplace Operations based in Tel Aviv, and work closely with site leaders, HR business partners, and regional stakeholders to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience across the WH region.
