The E-Retail and Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the North America e-retail marketing strategy across key online retail partners including retailer.com businesses, Amazon, TiK Tok Shop, and digital commerce channels. This role drives brand visibility, customer acquisition, conversion and sales growth through strategic partnerships, digital activations, content optimization, sampling programs and performance marketing initiatives. The position also leads upper-funnel media strategy and awareness-building initiatives, partnering with internal stakeholders and agency teams to drive qualified traffic, expand audience reach and strengthen brand equity across digital touchpoints. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Brand Marketing, E-Commerce, Creative and retail partners the E-Retailer Digital Marketing Manager will ensure best-in-class online brand presence while identifying new opportunities to grow market share and customer engagement across the digital retail landscape.
