Responsible for managing the generation of revenue and promoting sales of new and existing company products. Responsible for establishing goals and objectives for E-commerce team. Essential Job Duties Analyzes or resolves customer service issues or assists Inside Sales Coordinators in resolving customer service issues. Set, track, and report on key sales initiatives. Manage ecommerce efforts geared to growing business, increasing customer engagement and marketplace health, and optimizing the online experience. Track and measures ecommerce effectiveness to drive improvement or develop new selling opportunities. Assist in determining labor claims. Manage the reduction of damaged returns. Manage and support the continual improvement of our company’s quality improvement system. Assumes other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.
