About The Position

As Manager, Digital Product Strategy at Ford, you will lead complex work connecting enterprise and Integrated Services priorities to Digital Product strategy, portfolio investments, and execution. Working with the Director of Digital Product Strategy and senior Digital Product leaders, you will bring Product, Design, Engineering, Finance, and business partners together around evidence-backed recommendations and compelling narratives. The role shapes portfolio choices across Ford's retail ecosystem, vehicle and dealer experiences, and Ford Pro Intelligence. It assesses where to invest, sustain, or pull back; connects customer value with business outcomes and delivery realities; and helps leaders make consequential decisions and carry them through to execution. The position also develops recommendations on build, buy, and partner choices; monitors customer, competitor, platform, and partner developments; and connects journeys across vehicles, apps, dealers, and services. You will use established objectives, measures, and performance reporting to assess strategic bets, surface evidence gaps and delivery dependencies, and inform portfolio reviews. You will prepare decision-ready materials for Digital Product and Integrated Services leaders, executive forums, and Board discussions, while independently leading cross-functional workstreams and coaching clear problem solving and executive storytelling. The role requires working EST time zone hours. The position is leadership level 6, with a stated salary range of $115,500–$218,100. Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
