About The Position

Reporting to the Director, Digital Acceleration and Initiatives, the Manager, Digital Strategy and Innovation, leads the planning, design, and implementation of CAMH’s digital transformation agenda. This role translates strategic vision into actionable initiatives that enhance care delivery, improve system integration, and foster a culture of innovation. The Manager will work collaboratively with stakeholders across CAMH to align digital strategy with the overall organizational strategy, ensuring digital innovation strengthens organizational goals. The Manager will strive to proactively identify opportunities and emerging technologies through strong internal and external relationships, ensuring CAMH is positioned on the leading edge of digital innovation. By understanding the evolving digital landscape, the Manager, along with the Director, will influence which solutions the hospital adopts and extend this influence across the broader mental health sector. The Manager will utilize data analytics and insights, while leveraging feedback collected through engagement activities to make decisions about digital strategies and innovative initiatives. The Manager will help advance innovation across the mental health sector by building strong partnerships with government, health system leaders, hospitals, community organizations, service providers, vendors, and other key stakeholders. The Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams across CAMH to drive impactful advancements in digital health within our organization. The Manager will provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to staff that support the execution of our digital roadmap. The Manager will drive innovative digital projects and ensure alignment with hospital objectives, while addressing operational excellence and risk mitigation to ensure safe, effective, and sustainable adoption of digital solutions.
