This role sits at the center of enterprise collaboration — connecting Marketing, Merchandising, Digital and Experience teams to deliver integrated, guest-centric activations that advance both program and enterprise goals. Target’s Loyalty team is seeking a Director to lead strategy, innovation, and partnerships for our loyalty ecosystem. This role is responsible for shaping the future of loyalty at Target—defining where we play, how we differentiate, and how we expand value for our guests through new capabilities and partnerships. Leading a small, high-performing team, you will bring an external lens on competitors, industry trends, and emerging models, translating insights into actionable strategies that drive long-term growth and guest engagement.
