About The Position

This role will partner to lead the long-term strategy and evolution of growth capabilities within AnalyticsZone as the Client COE shifts from static reporting to interactive, self-service dashboards. The individual will partner closely with Growth leaders to understand business needs, assess and rationalize enhancement requests, and scale the most valuable solutions across the enterprise. Core responsibilities include helping define the roadmap for growth intelligence, identifying where AI can improve insight delivery and decision support, and partnering with business leaders to redesign workflows in ways that enable AI to be effective in practice. As AI capabilities expand, this role will ensure executive and subject matter expert judgment remains central to decision-making while translating business outcomes into actionable roadmaps and driving adoption of new capabilities in ways that strengthen client engagement and operational rigor. This role requires a highly data-minded and execution-oriented leader with solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complexity into practical actions for business teams. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare, growth, revenue operations
  • 7+ years of experience leading teams both directly and indirectly
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic consulting, user design and health care operations and professional services
  • Demonstrated experience using qualitative and quantitative data to back up assumptions, design solutions, and when needed, develop business cases
  • Demonstrated track record of active collaboration, engagement, oversight, and strategy development of key growth opportunities, including experience working with solid, dynamic teams, growth executives, and growth data
  • Demonstrated solid executive presence and proven ability to work effectively with executive leaders, including the capability to present complex ideas clearly, influence decisions, and build alignment across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated highly detail-oriented systems thinker with the ability to work across multiple teams in a highly complex, matrixed environment, pay close attention to data across functions, and identify when something does not look right in order to drive sound decisions and operational rigor
  • Proven solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead change management, transformational work, and enterprise rollouts while successfully navigating ambiguity, complexity, and rapid change
  • Demonstrated proficiency with and curiosity about AI, including an understanding of how to apply it in practical ways that make processes easier, improve insight delivery, and create a better experience for users

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead a growth leader partnership model for the Client COE, serving as the connective point between enterprise stakeholders and execution teams
  • Partner with growth leaders to define dashboards and intelligence capabilities that help leaders run the business, including C-suite business dashboards
  • Identify, shape, and prioritize high-value use cases that strengthen enterprise decision-making, improve client engagement, and expand the strategic value of Client COE data and insights
  • Support teams by ensuring data serves as a core foundation of sales discipline
  • Keep a pulse on executive reporting and understanding fluctuations and drivers
  • Translate strategic partner needs and desired business outcomes into clear priorities, workflow designs, business requirements, and actionable roadmaps for data, reporting, and platform development teams, recognizing that effective AI adoption often requires rethinking how work gets done across functions
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across stakeholders by balancing strategic opportunity, execution feasibility, and enterprise value, while ensuring executive and subject matter expert judgment remains central to AI-enabled roadmap and investment decisions
  • Drive adoption of new workflows, platform capabilities, and AI-enabled ways of working by monitoring business impact, gathering stakeholder feedback, and continuously refining priorities to ensure AnalyticsZone and related Client COE capabilities deliver measurable enterprise value
