This role will be based in our offices in either New York, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, or Chicago. This is a people leadership role on LinkedIn's Deal Desk team, supporting the North America region. Performance expectations are high, spanning operational excellence, team development, and strategic initiative leadership. The successful candidate will be a strong operator and manager — comfortable leading a regional team, building on an existing high-performing culture, and driving results through active talent management, coaching, and operational discipline. They will build relationships with senior leaders across functions and lead strategic initiatives tied to AI-enabled transformation, product adoption, and commercial growth.
