Manager, Data Architecture & BI

We are seeking a Manager, Data Architecture & BI to join our team at Workato. In this role, you will be responsible for elevating the maturity of our data discipline, including processes and technology solutions. You will champion and execute business intelligence and data governance initiatives, working to establish a governed, curated, and agile data and analytics platform. Additionally, you will collaborate with executives and technical teams to gather and define business requirements, develop scalable solutions, and maintain architecture artifacts. This is a highly visible position within our Business Technology organization, and you will play a crucial role in enhancing our data-driven culture and efficiency.

• Define, design and build an enterprise data model
• Establish a governed, curated, and agile data and analytics platform
• Collaborate with executives, process owners, and technical teams to understand goals and requirements
• Gather and define business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate requirements into scalable and cohesive solutions
• Develop and maintain architecture artifacts like data flows/lineage diagrams, frameworks, and patterns
• Develop processes to continuously monitor data integrity
• Lead architecture review of BI/Analytics/data solutions
