About The Position

Our Commerce Investment teams are critical in bringing our media plans to life. They work in conjunction with our planning teams for the negotiating, purchasing, and implementation of digital media across major sites and publishers. This also may include content integrations, premium video, mobile and OTT. As the Manager, Commerce Investment, you will implement digital media negotiations and buying/activation for one or more client accounts. You will also provide strategic market insights, trends and pricing benchmarks, oversight, and management of spending across major partners or vendors while monitoring client budgets and adherence to KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications; OR equivalent professional work experience.
  • 3-5 years of prior digital media investment experience desired (with 1 year of ecommerce experience preferred).
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior staff.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with digital media partners and well as internal departments.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical reporting skills.
  • Experience presenting to clients in person, over phone or virtual.
  • Working knowledge of interactive research and buying tools (i.e. Prisma).
  • Proficiency in MS Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of ecommerce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, present, and negotiate on behalf of media plans from inception to completion.
  • Interface with clients, internal departments, and web publishers to manage online media buys.
  • Analyze campaigns and recommend strategic changes to maximize campaign performance.
  • Manage client requests, including plan changes, budget changes, and market place information.
  • Coordinate with internal partners to Create a holistic view of the business.
  • Create a weekly written analysis of media performance.
  • Lead and manage the budget and client billing process to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage junior level staff as required.
