About The Position

Responsible for the relationship management, strategy and budget allocations of US Co-Brand Card and Financial partners (Mastercard, Chase Travel).

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in partnership management (financial partnerships a plus) or project management.
• Experience in engaging cross functional working partnerships in a global organization.
• Strong decision making, influencing/consensus building and analytical skills with clear understanding of impact on IHG revenue goals and bottom-line.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with marketing to maximize the value of the financial partner marketing funds.
• Experience effectively managing stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of negotiating strategic partner relationships and providing information to clients, vendors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and deliver on partnerships strategy with core partners, such as Mastercard and Chase Travel.
• Responsible for delivering on contractual commitments across partner relationships.
• Actively partner with our Co-Brand partners and Internal stakeholders in Marketing, Finance, Legal, Analytics and Operations to drive ancillary revenue for IHG.
• Analyze and monitor partner initiative performance.
• Analyze and monitor competitive intelligence and make appropriate decisions on market responses.
