About The Position

Brex is seeking a Growth Partnerships Manager to own and grow the partner ecosystem for its rewards and perks program. This role involves forging new partnerships, driving customer loyalty, and managing the full product partnership lifecycle from conception to execution and scaling. The ideal candidate will have experience as a founder or in business development, partnerships, or growth roles at a fast-growing company, with a strong understanding of customer motivation and a creative, analytical, and action-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • Ex-founder or 3+ years in business development, partnerships, and/or growth at a fast-growing company.
  • Scrappy operator capable of pitching, shipping a landing page, and posting content within the same day.
  • Strong ownership mentality and a high bias for action.
  • World-class written communication skills.
  • Creative with internet instincts and an understanding of what resonates on platforms like X/LinkedIn and aligns with the Brex brand.
  • Product-curious: ability to build a lightweight PRD, advocate for an API, or debug a flow.
  • Analytical skills: ability to build and monitor funnel reporting, design experiments, model data in sheets or SQL, and synthesize results.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with financial products, credit cards, and business finance.
  • Keen awareness of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Hex, Looker or emerging coding tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow partnerships with existing partners like DoorDash, BoomPop, and BetterSwag, and source new partners for the rewards and perks program.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to design and drive customer acquisition strategies across various channels (email, in-product, social, live moments).
  • Champion and execute impactful product builds, including placements, APIs, tracking, and attribution.
  • Partner with marketing teams to align offerings with customer value and market trends.
  • Enable and train customer-facing teams on perks through the development of one-pagers, talk tracks, micro-demos, and pitch materials.
  • Communicate program success internally using data, dashboards, insights, program updates, and priorities.
