About The Position

This is a greenfield role with full ownership over organic growth strategy from day one. You'll set the direction, build the channels, and optimise as you go, with genuine autonomy to shape how growth gets done rather than inherit an existing playbook. You'll be hands-on across social, press, partnerships, and content, building compounding growth loops that drive audience and customer acquisition. It's a fit for someone who thrives building from near-zero, enjoys the freedom to test and iterate, and wants to see the direct impact of their work day to day.

Requirements

4+ years' experience in organic growth marketing, having built and scaled organic acquisition programmes hands-on at a Series A-C startup or marketplace.
B2C marketing experience with non-technical customers, across organic social, press, partnerships, or newsletters.
Comfortable operating with high autonomy in an early-stage environment, building from near-zero.
Track record of driving measurable audience growth and customer acquisition through organic channels.
Hands-on experience growing organic social channels (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Based in or willing to relocate to New York City, working in-office five days a week.

Responsibilities

Build and scale organic and earned channels (social, press, content) to grow audience and drive customer acquisition through compounding growth loops.
Develop and manage partnerships across creators, industry associations, and platforms that put the business in front of new buyers and sellers.
Turn happy customers into growth drivers by building referral, affiliate, and advocacy programmes.
Own SEO and AI answer engine optimisation (AEO) strategy to ensure the business shows up when prospective customers are searching.
Experiment with new channels and special projects: test quickly, drop what doesn't work, and double down on what does.
Collaborate across marketing, sales, and engineering to find leveraged plays that drive outsized, compounding growth.
Create and shoot organic content across platforms, including short-form video for social channels like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
