As the Growth Partnerships Lead at Brex, you will own the entire partner ecosystem for our celebrated rewards and perks program across all Brex segments. We've already transformed Brex points into a major real-world flex—offering everything from free DoorDash DashPass and 5% credit back, to exclusive experiences like private dining, sports suites, and high-profile swag and billboards. Now, we need a strategic builder to take ownership of these partnerships, drive increased usage and deepen customer loyalty all while building momentum by forging powerful new partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of what truly motivates our customers. You will be responsible for the full product partnership lifecycle: conceiving the idea, partnering with EPD, executing the launch, growing the relationship, and scaling new initiatives.
