About The Position

Newmark is seeking a Manager, Client Solutions to join its Client Solutions team, an agnostic corporate pursuit team that partners with Leasing and Occupier Solutions and their service lines to improve the chances of winning each pursuit. The Manager owns the pursuit process and ensures the strategy set by the Director is executed on schedule, to a high standard, and without drift. While the Director owns the external relationship and strategic direction, the Manager is responsible for the mechanics, materials, tracking, coordination, and documentation needed to complete submissions. The Manager is also expected to use AI tools consistently and deliberately to improve the speed and quality of the pursuit workflow, including research, drafting, tracking, and quality review. The position may involve travel as needed in support of pursuit activity. Working conditions are normal, with the absence of disagreeable elements.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in materials before they reach the client.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to produce polished, client-ready materials in partnership with designers.
  • Comfort supporting a client-facing Director and owning pursuit execution rather than the client relationship.
  • Ability to work across brokerage, service line, marketing, and design teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong understanding of applying AI-enabled tools to research, drafting, and pursuit workflow efficiency.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
