  • Experience with power, cooling, or connectivity equipment supporting infrastructure construction at scale
  • Experience with OFCI processes, construction scheduling, and equipment commissioning workflows
  • Experience establishing operational processes, reporting frameworks, and governance cadences for delivery-focused teams
  • Experience managing cross-functional escalations and driving resolution across multiple stakeholder groups including construction, supply chain, and engineering teams
  • Experience presenting delivery risks, status updates, and recommendations to senior leadership through structured reviews and executive briefings

Nice To Haves

  • Technical understanding of DC product power distribution, cooling systems, and connectivity design
  • Track record of building operational cadences and dashboards that drive accountability and visibility across large portfolios
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Experience scaling teams and building workforce models in rapidly growing organizations
  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams supporting concurrent large scale construction projects
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize team workflows and drive measurable operational impact
  • Experience in hyperscale data center construction or mission-critical infrastructure delivery programs
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and grow a team of Capacity Delivery Leads, providing coaching, career development, and performance management aligned with Meta's people leadership expectations
  • Serve as the delivery operations lead within the Infrastructure Products & Services (IPS) team, owning the operational strategy for equipment delivery across OFE and connectivity programs
  • Establish and maintain operational rhythms and reporting cadences for project health status as it relates to equipment delivery, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into risks, milestones, and capacity impacts
  • Act as the senior escalation point for site-facing equipment delivery issues, triaging and resolving cross-regional challenges that exceed individual CDL scope

  • Develop and implement a workforce support model that scales to the size and complexity of business needs, including headcount planning, regional coverage strategies, and skills development
  • Drive alignment across DEC Delivery, General Contractors, central supply chain, and connectivity teams to ensure converged delivery outcomes for provision-ready capacity milestones
  • Lead Capacity Delivery Reviews and executive-level reporting on supply chain delivery performance by DC type and region, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate risks
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership (sourcing, engineering, construction, program management) to influence end-to-end delivery strategies and resolve systemic bottlenecks
  • Define and track key performance indicators for delivery operations, using data to identify trends, anticipate risks, and drive continuous improvement across the team
