About The Position
As a trusted liaison across the enterprise, the Manager, Business Partnership & Delivery aligns technology investments with operational goals. The role drives strategic partnership, planning, and delivery across Digital and the wider business, and enables enterprise priorities and major transformation initiatives. It translates business needs into actionable strategies, roadmaps, and solutions that improve performance; coordinates complex programs and cross-functional efforts; manages dependencies, risks, and governance; and oversees end-to-end execution with transparency and accountability. The position also supports adoption of new digital capabilities and sustainable organizational change, while improving testing cost and quality through AI and other improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
- At least 7 years of experience leading ERP implementation test events.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree.
- Understanding of test automation and knowledge of SAP functional flows.
- Proficiency with Jira and Xray configuration and test management.
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic partnership, planning, and delivery across Digital and the wider business.
- Enable the execution of enterprise-level priorities and major transformation initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to align vision and execution.
- Continuously test and validate alignment between business objectives, technology investments, and operational goals, ensuring measurable outcomes and long-term value.
- Translate business needs into high-quality strategies, roadmaps, and solutions that improve performance.
- Lead and coordinate complex programs, initiatives, and cross-functional efforts.
- Manage dependencies, project risks, and governance, and oversee end-to-end execution for transparency, accountability, and successful delivery.
- Design solutions that accelerate enterprise-wide adoption of new digital capabilities.
- Champion sustainable organizational change and continuous operational improvement.
- Manage and drive global ERP testing events.
- Identify and communicate program risks and opportunities.
- Reduce testing costs and improve quality using AI and other improvements.
