As a Business Development Representative at Bilt, you’ll be the tip of the spear for new partner acquisition—creating a qualified pipeline with multifamily owners/operators, property managers, and strategic enterprise accounts. You’ll research targets, craft compelling outreach, book meetings, and partner to move deals forward. In this role, you will own top-of-funnel outreach through multi-threaded email, phone, LinkedIn, and events. You will build and maintain target account lists, run experiments on messaging and sequencing, and schedule and confirm first meetings, ensuring clean handoffs to AEs. You will track activity, notes, and next steps in CRM with precision, partner with Marketing on campaigns and with RevOps on data quality, and capture market intel (personas, objections, competitors) and share with the team.
