The Director, Federal Alliance Development– Brain Health & Neuroscience will lead Bristol Myers Squibb's engagement strategy with alliance partners across the brain health and neuroscience policy landscape to advance federal policy priorities and promote patient access to innovative medicines. Reporting to the Senior Director, Alliance Development, this role will proactively build and manage strategic relationships, shape the external policy environment, and drive advocacy efforts aligned with BMS's mission and business objectives. This individual will serve as BMS's representative and ambassador within the brain health and neuroscience policy ecosystem, actively engaging with patient and provider organizations, advocacy coalitions, research institutes, and policymakers. The role requires a strategic leader with deep knowledge of brain health policy, strong external credibility, and a proven ability to build coalitions and translate third-party perspectives into actionable insights for USPGA leadership and enterprise stakeholders.
