Annual Giving leads the department’s efforts to acquire, steward, and upgrade donors across all membership levels through targeted communications, supported by data-driven analysis of revenue, expense, and operational efficiency across all Engagement initiatives. As a primary point of contact for members and leadership donors, the department ensures a welcoming, hospitable experience so every member feels part of the museum community. The Manager, Annual Giving supports the objectives of the museum’s Luminary and Woman’s Board programs through the production of meetings, communications, and events. The position reports to the Assistant Director, Annual Giving and supports the department's goals, serving as the primary liaison to the Woman’s Board. In collaboration with teams across Engagement and under the supervision of the Director of Annual Giving, this position tracks measurable goals and objectives for volunteer leadership, programming, and membership as prioritized by the department. Under the guidance of the Assistant Director, the Manager supports the objectives of the museum’s Premium and Luminary program and stewards the activity of the Woman’s Board.
