Manager, AIforce Strategy & Innovation

Salesforce•San Francisco, CA

About The Position

The Manager, AIforce Strategy & Innovation serves as the engine of Salesforce’s AIforce Strategy & Innovation function, bridging technical architecture and governance with program execution and business value delivery across Data 360, Customer 360, Agentforce, and the AIforce Live Interface. The role owns internal AIforce implementations end to end, including designing and validating headless/API-first architecture, establishing governance and semantic standards, coordinating cross-functional delivery, measuring business ROI, and turning operational wins into executive- and customer-facing proof points. The manager leads internal implementations using live business data, validates emerging platform features, conducts pre-GA readiness testing, and surfaces actionable technical friction. The role also owns complex initiatives from problem definition through operational readiness and platform-scale rollout; coordinates Product, Digital Enterprise Transformation, Architecture, Business Operations, and GTM teams; and tracks product gaps, milestones, decisions, dependencies, and accountability across organizations. The position connects technical validation to business metrics such as deal velocity, pipeline impact, hours saved, and adoption. It packages results into case studies, executive readouts, and field enablement materials, and contributes narrative and content to executive briefings, Dreamforce presentations, customer sessions, and analyst engagements. It develops repeatable architectural and GTM patterns and proactively turns emerging platform and business needs into actionable programs. The function follows a five-step delivery arc: Inspire & Discover, Co-ideate & Architect, Pressure-test & Validate, Route & Escalate, and Publish & Present.
