About The Position

Visa is seeking a Manager, AI Project Management for Global Marketing Services to drive program management across its AI Transformation program. The role manages four concurrent workstreams—Workflow Redesign, Agent Deployment, Data Foundations, and Change Management—and ensures commitments are delivered on time and at scale. It requires understanding the iterative, experiment-driven nature of AI development and the data dependencies, evolving requirements, and responsible-AI considerations that distinguish AI initiatives from traditional technology projects. The Manager owns the program’s operating rhythm, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, the master program plan, RAID log, status reporting, standups, and milestone reviews. The role also oversees the build-out of the Marketing Services operational knowledge base, coordinating content inventory and collection, consistent metadata tagging and taxonomy, and preparation of the repository for AI use. The Manager works with workstream leads, Visa Technology, regional Marketing Services teams, subject matter experts, and partners in Finance, Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Compliance. The position reports to the Director, AI Product Management, Global Marketing Services. This hybrid position is based at Visa’s San Francisco Mission Rock office. Employees are expected to work from the office two to three set days per week, with at least three days required according to the job description’s office-attendance statement. Travel is required 5–10% of the time. Work hours vary according to department needs. The position is performed in an office setting and involves sitting and standing at a desk, communicating in person and by telephone, and frequently using standard office equipment. Visa is not offering relocation assistance.
