About The Position

Docplanner is hiring an AI Project Manager for its Growth Marketing B2B team. The role finds, tests, and launches AI tools and solutions that make the marketing team faster and more effective. The project manager owns initiatives end to end, from identifying a use case and forming a hypothesis through piloting, measuring outcomes, creating playbooks, and securing adoption across markets. Success is measured by business impact and sustained use, not by whether a tool has simply gone live. The role spans experiments and rollouts at the intersection of marketing, sales, and automation. Example projects include piloting conversational WhatsApp and AI calling bots to improve lead reachability, building agents and automations for campaign reporting and other repetitive work, and evaluating and rolling out AI tools. The successful candidate will configure tools, build workflows, work with internal stakeholders on vendor reviews, and enable local marketing teams to use proven solutions independently. The role reports results in business terms such as MQLs, contact rates, meetings booked, conversion, and hours saved. Docplanner describes itself as a global healthcare platform connecting patients with doctors and clinics. The team works across markets, values hands-on experimentation and results, and offers exposure to marketing, sales, and commercial leadership. Remote work and flexible hours are available, with the extent depending on role and team; candidates may also use company hubs. Visa sponsorship is not available, and applicants must already have the legal right to work in their country of residence or the role's location.
