Notion is hiring an AI Product Manager, Growth Marketing to shape and scale self-optimizing paid marketing systems. The role will turn the performance marketing experimentation program from a prototype into an operating system by combining paid-growth expertise with an understanding of channel mechanics, audiences, creative, measurement, experimentation, and automation. The person will set the strategy and operating model and guide the agentic infrastructure that supports execution, partnering with BizOps, Strategic Finance, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and ChatGPT. In the first 90 days, the role will map how geo, audience, creative, spend, measurement, experimentation, and platform constraints interact; establish a model for turning signals into hypotheses, tests, and clear kill-or-scale decisions; learn how onboarding and activation connect paid acquisition to downstream user quality; and establish how AI and agents can improve the end-to-end decision system. By the end of the first year, the role is expected to expand the program from managing experimental budget to managing most paid spend while maintaining efficiency and Notion’s quality bar for ad creative. It will strengthen measurement, connect experiments to outcomes and user cohorts, use those insights to inform more personalized experiences, and create a repeatable model for Demand Generation and agentic marketing infrastructure. The role can be based in San Francisco or New York City. The team works from the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days), and seeks someone who is excited to work in person alongside the team on those days. Notion offers competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The estimated base salary range for this role in San Francisco or New York City is $191,000–$225,000 per year; compensation depends on factors including location, scope, and candidate experience and expertise.
