About The Position

This senior leader role on the Dynasty Technology team is responsible for the delivery of core advisor technology platforms, Client Reporting and Financial Planning, to Dynasty’s RIA clients. This person will lead a team of platform specialists and serve as an internal subject matter expert (SME) on these platforms. This role exists to ensure the firm can scale high-quality support, onboarding, training, and adoption for clients using these tools. The position blends deep platform expertise, implementation leadership, people management, vendor relationship ownership, and technology strategy. The successful candidate will set standards and direction while remaining close enough to execution to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management technology, platform leadership, client enablement, or related roles at a senior (VP/SVP) level.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with performance reporting and/or financial planning platforms, ideally including Black Diamond, Addepar, Orion, Envestnet, eMoney, or MoneyGuide.
  • Proven people leadership experience, including coaching and developing specialists or teams.
  • Strong vendor management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience supporting RIA or wealth management firm transitions and platform implementations.
  • Familiarity with integrations, SSO, entitlements, and data flows across wealth technology platforms.
  • Experience building scalable training, documentation, and knowledge management programs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the firm’s internal authority on Black Diamond, Addepar, eMoney, and MoneyGuide and TBD additional tools including configuration standards, integrations, reporting outputs, and common client use cases.
  • Define, document, and maintain base configuration standards and recommended defaults to reduce variability and accelerate onboarding.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex platform, reporting, or planning questions.
  • Design and continuously improve onboarding and training programs for new clients and new users, including role-based and proficiency-based learning paths.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable enablement assets such as playbooks, documentation, recorded trainings, and best-practice guides.
  • Work alongside adoption consultations to help clients maximize platform usage, identify feature opportunities, and improve workflows.
  • Guide and govern implementations for new or transitioning clients, partnering closely with vendors and internal teams.
  • Ensure implementation decisions are well-documented, aligned to standards, and paired with appropriate training and adoption plans.
  • Promote repeatable implementation models that reduce friction and improve time-to-value for clients.
  • Co-manage specialists dedicated to Performance Reporting and Financial Planning tools.
  • Establish clear operating procedures for intake, triage, escalation, documentation, and resolution quality.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and career development
  • Own strategic relationships with reporting and planning platforms including service performance, escalations, roadmap discussions, and commercial alignment.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the broader wealth technology landscape related to reporting, planning, integrations, and add-on solutions.
  • Lead evaluation of complementary or alternative technologies and provide clear recommendations on suitability and value.
  • Partner with Product & Engineering on platform feedback, integration priorities, and release readiness.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Relationship Management, and Marketing to ensure platform usage aligns with internal policies and client commitments.
  • Establish governance for configuration changes, documentation updates, and training curriculum maintenance.
