The Tech Advisory, Sales and Partnership Team works to identify client needs, recommend technology solutions, guide implementation strategies, and drive revenue growth. The Senior Director, Tech Sales Advisory plays a critical role in driving technology adoption and revenue growth within the Property Management business, specifically for priority accounts. This role involves a technology advisory function to influence technology adoption and tech-enabled growth, communicating JLL's technology strategy as an integrated part of account leadership teams. It combines technical knowledge, consultative selling skills, and a deep understanding of commercial real estate operations to help clients leverage technology solutions. The position requires expertise across many domains of real estate and property management to integrate multiple software products and services into holistic solutions for complex challenges, demanding strategic problem-solving ability and established credibility in the Commercial Real Estate community.
