Thales is hiring a Sales Enablement Manager, AMER to be the main business partner to the Application and Data Security customer facing teams in AMER. This role involves providing adequate sales and product trainings to enable faster go to market and higher productivity. The manager will drive and facilitate the overall learning journey for sales teams, contributing to the development, delivery, and reinforcement of content. Responsibilities include supporting new hires and new-to-role hires throughout their onboarding journey, and partnering with the wider Global Sales Enablement (GSE) team to drive both regional and global continuous education programs. This encompasses optimizing new hire learning paths, architecting the ongoing enablement calendar, developing programs for better sales execution, facilitating training, and assisting in product rollouts.
