About JLL Technologies JLL Technologies (JLLT) is JLL's dedicated technology arm that develops and delivers innovative digital solutions to transform how real estate is managed, operated, and experienced. JLLT functions as both an internal technology partner and an external product provider within the broader JLL organization. JLLT creates proprietary technology platforms and tools that support JLL's core business operations while also offering these solutions to external clients in the commercial real estate market. The division focuses on several key areas including property management software, workplace experience platforms, building automation and IoT solutions, data analytics and business intelligence tools, and integrated facility management systems. Within JLL's organizational structure, JLLT serves a dual purpose. Internally, it acts as a strategic enabler by providing JLL's service delivery teams with advanced technology capabilities that enhance operational efficiency, improve client service delivery, and create competitive differentiation. About the Tech Advisory, Sales and Partnership Team The technology advisory, sales and partnership functions typically work together to identify client needs, recommend appropriate technology solutions, guide implementation strategies, and drive revenue growth through both new client acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. The group drives client conversations around delivering business outcomes that leveraging technology and data as a differentiator. Role Purpose The Senior Director, Tech Sales Advisory plays a critical role in driving technology adoption and revenue growth within the Property Management business. The role is aligned to priority accounts where growth potential, NPS, or other divisional priorities demand a high-performing leader capable of cross-functional CRE technology advisement. The role is centered on a technology advisory function to this subset of prioritized accounts to influence technology adoption and tech-enabled growth. The Account Technology Advisor communicates and educates the technology strategy for JLL and the division as an integrated part of the account leadership teams. This position combines technical knowledge, consultative selling skills, and deep understanding of commercial real estate operations to help clients leverage technology solutions that transform how they manage, operate, and experience their real estate portfolios. The role requires well versed expertise across many domains of real estate and property management, culminating in the bringing together of multiple software products and services solutions to solve complex challenges. The role requires strategic problem-solving ability and established credibility in the Commercial Real Estate community that instills confidence and trust.
