About The Position

Notion helps users build tools for their life's work, providing a single platform for teams to manage docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email, with integrated AI for finding answers and automating tasks. Millions of users, from individuals to large organizations, utilize Notion for its flexibility and efficiency. In-person collaboration is a core part of Notion's culture, and this is a hybrid role based in either the San Francisco or New York office, requiring team members to work from the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days), with some positions potentially requiring additional in-office days. The Notion Recruiting team functions as trusted business partners, dedicated to crafting a thorough, inclusive, and curated interviewing experience. The goal is to hire exceptional talent at the right time to achieve the company's ambitious objectives. Notion is seeking multiple GTM Recruiters to support the growth of its Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. In this role, the recruiter will apply craft, clarity, and care to every search, balancing speed with sound judgment to ensure intentional growth.

  • Energized by change and motivated by the chance to build in a scaling and growing environment.
