About The Position
Eddy SeniorCare PACE is seeking a Day Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant Day Center. The Day Center Manager will lead and inspire by managing the daily operations of the Day Center, including personal care services, kitchen operations, and engaging activities. They will collaborate across teams, including home care, therapy, transportation, nursing, social work, and medical teams, to ensure seamless care delivery. The role involves driving quality by serving on quality assurance, safety, and infection control committees, implementing best practices that keep participants safe and thriving. The manager will create experiences by overseeing on-site meals, special events, volunteer programs, and activities that enrich the lives of participants. Additionally, they will empower their team by providing supervision, guidance, and support to staff, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to care plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 3 years' experience in related field OR ten years' experience in related field with supervisory experience.
- Possess a passion for caring for seniors and demonstrate a respectful, caring, professional demeanor.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to foster collaboration across interdisciplinary teams.
- Experience in healthcare, senior services, or related fields preferred.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and participant-centered care.
