About The Position
Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and minor installation of HVAC-related equipment throughout the facility. Ensures all building systems, equipment, and grounds are maintained in a safe, efficient, and operational condition.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the commercial HVAC field.
- Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and appliance maintenance and repair.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Nice To Haves
- Technical certification in HVAC, Mechanical Maintenance, or a related field preferred.
