About The Position

RBC Cards is a leading credit card business in Canada, contributing significantly to Canadian Banking's revenues and profits. The business has experienced substantial growth over the last five years, fueled by a strong product suite and innovative marketing. As the Manager, Acquisition, Premium Co-brand Cards, you will be instrumental in executing partnership-led growth initiatives for our Premium co-branded product portfolio. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role within a small team, demanding strong ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver campaigns, develop business cases, and achieve measurable results in acquisitions and portfolio performance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial services, co-branded credit cards, loyalty, or travel partnerships.
  • Experience building or supporting financial business cases (e.g., ROI modeling, cost/benefit analysis, partner funding structures).
  • Exposure to campaign execution or GTM initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Experience working with external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day coordination with key external partners, ensuring alignment on ongoing initiatives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Execute acquisition campaigns end-to-end, partnering with internal teams (marketing, law, analytics, product, operations) to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support the development of financial business cases for new initiatives, including offer constructs, partner funding, and expected ROI.
  • Track and analyze campaign and portfolio performance, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare materials for partner and internal discussions, including performance updates, proposals, and post-campaign readouts.
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and bottlenecks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain centralized documentation of campaign approvals, ensuring all approvals are captured per business guidelines and stored for audit and stakeholder access.
  • Support test and learn initiatives by helping define hypotheses, tracking results, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
