This role is for someone who wants to operate at the ground floor of a brand with real momentum, high standards, and a team obsessed with doing it right. The core mission is to bring BOLT FARM’s story to life through premium onsite video content that strengthens brand perception, fuels organic media, and helps more people feel the emotional pull of the guest experience before they ever arrive. This role matters because BOLT FARM has a powerful physical product and a deeply emotional brand promise. The opportunity now is to create a more consistent, elevated, and reusable stream of video content that captures that promise clearly. This role helps turn founder-led moments, property details, guest-experience scenes, coaching content, and future podcast/media assets into polished creative that supports storytelling, demand generation, and long-term brand authority.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional videography and video editing experience.
  • A portfolio showing strong visual quality, polished final output, and premium brand-facing content.
  • Experience creating content for a consumer-facing brand such as hospitality, lifestyle, travel, wellness, luxury, or another experience-driven business.
  • Experience with professional camera gear and comfort shooting high-quality content on iPhone when needed.
  • Experience capturing drone footage and using related production tools or licensing.
  • Ability to work onsite in Whitwell, TN 2–3 days per week on a consistent basis.

  • Experience creating founder-led or personality-led content.
  • Experience shooting documentary-style content.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality, boutique travel, wellness, or premium consumer brands.
  • Strong photography capability in addition to videography.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute onsite video shoots in Whitwell, TN 2–3 days per week, capturing content that reflects BOLT FARM’s premium brand and guest experience.
  • Own video production from pre-production through final delivery to the editor, including shot planning, filming, color correction, export, and file organization.
  • Capture content for social, BOLT coaching programs, founder-led storytelling, and the upcoming BOLT podcast.
  • Create a steady stream of high-quality short-form and long-form video assets that can be reused across brand, social, campaign, and performance channels.
  • Capture compelling founder-led, property-led, and guest-experience moments that feel elevated, emotional, and true to the BOLT FARM experience.
  • Manage footage, project files, and asset organization so content can be easily found, reused, edited, and repurposed over time.
  • Make strong in-the-moment creative decisions on framing, pacing, sequencing, lighting, and storytelling while working in a live hospitality environment.
  • Recommend practical improvements to video workflows, shot planning, and production processes that increase speed, consistency, and content quality.
