About the Role In conjunction with the Director of Revenue Cycle Management, the primary objective of this position is to maximize practice revenue by managing A/R staff effectively and efficiently while establishing strategies to meet monthly Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) goals. This is a high-impact role driving financial performance, operational excellence, and innovation in a complex, procedure-driven environment. You’ll partner closely with executive leadership and physicians to shape strategy, optimize outcomes, and support the continued growth of both CNSA and our MSO platform.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of progressive billing management experience for a medical group, surgical specialty, or health system
  • Deep expertise in billing, coding, reimbursement, and payer dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency and support growth
  • Proven success leading and developing multi-site teams, with a focus on engagement, performance, and retention
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Experience implementing process improvements, systems, or automation within the revenue cycle
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations, from patient access through final payment
  • Set and execute strategies to improve cash flow, reduce denials, and optimize reimbursement
  • Partner with executive leadership, physicians, and operational teams to drive performance and align on financial goals
  • Use data and analytics to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead and develop high-performing, multi-site RCM teams
  • Drive adoption and optimization of systems, tools, and automation across the revenue cycle
  • Manage payer relationships and support contract performance and reimbursement strategy
  • Play a key role in scaling CNSA’s MSO (PracticeCore), including expanding services, onboarding new partners, and enhancing overall value
  • Bring forward-thinking ideas around analytics, automation, and evolving healthcare trends to keep the MSO competitive and innovative
  • Performs departmental managerial functions including: Annual reviews and staff coaching/development and Allocation of staff resources within department
  • Effectively manages on-site and remote staff
  • Promotes a positive work environment through effective teamwork
  • Complete other tasks or projects as needed or assigned
