Lead Accounts Receivable for Four Seasons Produce, a high-volume, fast-paced fresh produce distributor. Requirements

5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience in a high-volume environment
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
Strong expertise in collections, credit, and customer account management
Working knowledge of PACA (Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act) preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; JD Edwards (JDE) experience is a plus
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High school diploma required

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of Accounts Receivable, including payment application, account reconciliation, collections, and credit management
Evaluate customer creditworthiness and make sound credit decisions aligned with company policy
Manage aged receivables, resolve payment issues, and minimize bad debt exposure
Negotiate payment arrangements and, when necessary, pursue remedies under PACA
Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and technology solutions within our JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system
Lead, coach, and develop the Accounts Receivable team through training, feedback, and daily support
Prepare reports, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements to leadership
Support month-end, year-end, and audit activities
