About The Position
As a Management Trainee at Hertz, you will develop the skills needed to effectively manage and grow your own branch. The role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience, meeting sales and customer service goals, and supporting branch management. Hertz promotes from within and offers opportunities to grow within the organization. The schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable driving different types of vehicles.
- Proficiency in English.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales and/or retail customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive customer experience and help make Hertz the leading car rental company for customer experience.
- Reach individual sales and customer service goals.
- Grow sales using business-to-business sales tactics.
- Support the branch’s business plan by assisting management.
- Ensure cars are presentable to customers and uphold company standards.
- Clean and service facilities to support customer satisfaction.
