About The Position
As a Management Trainee at Hertz, you will develop the skills needed to manage and grow a branch. The role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience, achieving sales and customer service goals, and supporting branch management. Hertz offers opportunities to advance within the organization through its promote-from-within structure. The schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Requirements
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Comfort driving different types of vehicles.
- Ability to read and understand driving directions and maps.
- Proficiency in English.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing; applicants must be over 18.
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales and/or retail customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Reach individual sales and customer service goals.
- Grow sales using business-to-business sales tactics.
- Support the branch business plan by assisting management.
- Ensure cars are presentable to customers and uphold company standards.
- Clean and service facilities to support customer satisfaction.
