About The Position

Hertz is hiring an Entry Level Management Trainee in Marysville. The trainee will develop the skills needed to effectively manage and grow a branch, with opportunities for advancement through the company’s promote-from-within structure. The role focuses on delivering positive customer experiences, meeting sales and customer service goals, supporting branch management, and maintaining vehicles and facilities. The schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Comfort driving different types of vehicles.
• Proficiency in English.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing.

• Previous sales and/or retail customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive customer experience and help make Hertz the number one car rental company for customer experience.
• Meet individual sales and customer service goals.
• Grow sales using business-to-business sales tactics.
• Support the branch’s business plan by assisting management.
• Uphold company standards by ensuring cars are presentable to customers.
• Clean and service facilities to ensure customer satisfaction.
